Always consult an appropriately licensed professional before making investment, financing, or legal decisions about your property.

2. Calculators and Illustrative Figures

Our calculators (including the refinance and suite ROI tools) and any “Cost of Waiting”-style examples on this Site are for general estimation and planning purposes only. They are not appraisals, and they do not guarantee actual refinance amounts, appraised values, rental income, or investment returns. Actual results vary by property, neighbourhood market conditions, lender requirements, your personal financial situation, and other factors outside Keystone's control. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser — Keystone does not store, transmit, or retain them.

3. Portfolio Care Is Not Property Management

Portfolio Care is a residential asset engineering and coordination service: we inspect, document, and coordinate third-party trades on your behalf. Keystone is not a property management company and does not provide services that require a real estate or property management licence under Alberta's Real Estate Act — we do not collect rent, hold tenant deposits, place or screen tenants, or negotiate leases. Property management, tenant relations, and lease administration remain the owner's responsibility or should be handled by a RECA-licensed property manager. 4. No Guarantee of Results

References to past project outcomes, testimonials, or example figures reflect specific circumstances and are not a guarantee that any future project will achieve the same or similar results. Real estate appraisal, lending, and rental-market conditions change and are outside Keystone's control.
