Frequently Asked Questions
Are the properties shown here real Keystone projects?
Yes. Each case study draws from the actual project file — no placeholder numbers passed off as real, no stock photography passed off as our work — so you can judge it the same way an appraiser or lender would.
What information is shown for each case study?
Purchase price and acquisition condition, total renovation or suite conversion cost, appraised After Repair Value (ARV) achieved, estimated refinance pull-out, and before-and-after photos of the actual property.
What loan-to-value is used to estimate refinance pull-out?
75% refinance LTV. See the disclaimer on the calculator page for the full assumptions.
Can I see numbers for a project similar to mine?
Ask us on your free call — we'll walk through a comparable deal.
Does Keystone only showcase its own investment properties?
These are projects Keystone has completed — some for clients, some the founder's own hands-on work. Either way, every case study is a real, documented project, not a staged or hypothetical example.
How is ARV (After Repair Value) actually determined?
ARV comes from a formal appraisal after the work is completed and inspected — not a contractor's guess. Keystone scopes every renovation backward from a realistic, comparable-sales-based ARV target before work starts, then the appraisal confirms what was actually achieved.
