Nothing on this Site — including calculator outputs, service descriptions, project galleries, or blog/resource content — constitutes an offer to perform work or a binding contract. Any actual renovation, legal suite, or Portfolio Care engagement with Keystone is governed exclusively by a separate, signed written agreement between Keystone and the client, which will set out the specific scope, price, timeline, and terms for that project.

3. Calculators and Estimates

Any calculator, ARV estimate, cost figure, or capital-plan example on this Site is illustrative only. These figures are not appraisals, guarantees, or professional financial, mortgage, investment, or legal advice, and actual results will vary by property, market conditions, lender requirements, and other factors outside Keystone's control. 4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, diagrams, photographs, and the Keystone name and logo — is the property of Keystone Residential Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
